4 Crystals for Connecting to a Higher Wisdom 🧘♂️

Whether you call it your higher self, the universe, source or soul, if you are looking for a connection to a higher source of wisdom and guidance, crystals can help to facilitate that, and your crown chakra is where you want to focus for this.
Meditate lying down with a crystal above your crown or, if you prefer sitting to meditate, hold your chosen crystal and visualise your crown chakra opening to guidance as you meditate.
The below are my go-to crystals for connecting to
higher wisdom and guidance.
Apophyllite will help to connect you to the spiritual realms and create a conscious connection between the spiritual and the physical.
Labradorite is a magical crystal that helps you to communicate with higher guidance, connect to universal energies and explore past lives and the akashic records (vibrational records of all that ever has, is or will they hold a soul’s journey and all the thoughts, feelings and deeds from each lifetime).
Lapis Lazuli - This stone of communication will not only help you connect to your higher self, but also to differentiate between the voice of your ego and that of your higher self and to be able to listen to and hear the latter more clearly. Meditate with or wear this crystal to stay connected to the wiser, all-knowing, higher part of you.
Selenite: If you are only just starting out with meditation or struggle to clear your mind or find a state of calm in your practice, get a pair of Selenite. Hold one in each hand as you meditate to clear your mind and your energy field, so that you feel grounded, peaceful, balanced and calm during your practice.
